Before you ask or tell me, I have looked at other posts about people having problems like this. They haven't helped me. I'm using 1&1 hosting and I tried manually installing using FTP, I followed 1&1's instructions and what I'm getting is 403.14 Forbidden error. I've been fighting with this for three days, I contacted 1&1 but they haven't gotten back to me.
One thing is that I can go to anything that's php and it works fine but when I try anything else it's the same error.
