jettammo on "forbidden you don't have permission error"

This morning I woke up and found I couldn't access my blog page on my site. Yesterday it was working just fine, and today it's giving me the error: Forbidden-you don't have permission to access /blog/ on this server.
what gives?
If i change my static home page top display my posts, it works, but it still shows the error on /blog/
