wateveritwas on "Receiving 403 Forbidden on my PC only"

Firstly, apologies if this is not the right place to post - but I am at my wits' end.

I added two new domains and addon domains to my hosting account yesterday (www.bizowl.co.nz and http://www.bogs.co.nz) - this all went fine and from my iPhone or any other PC I can access the sites (which are currently default WP pages), but when I try and access them from my PC, I encounter '403 Forbidden Nginx'. I am using Google Chrome on Windows 10, in case that makes a difference, but have also tried accessing the site through the new Edge browser without success.

From what I have read, this appears when you are not allowed access to certain information contained on a server, for whatever reason, right?

However, I can't for the life of me figure out why my PC is being blocked.

Things I have tried:

- Clearing all browsing history, cookies, etc. within Chrome (also encountering the same errors in Edge)
- Tried flushing the DNS through Command
- Check permissions within the cPanel - all appear to be set correctly to 644 and 755
- Restarting PC
- Restarting modem

I am running Unlocator (geo-blocking) on my PC in order to be able to watch Netflix US - again, not sure if this could be causing issues, but thought it worth mentioning as it's the only thing I can think of different to my fiancee's PC that is on the same network and able to access the sites without issue.

Finally, I was briefly able to access http://www.bogs.co.nz and the wp-admin at one point, but was still encountering the error for http://www.bizowl.co.nz so I reset the PC again and then went back to encountering errors for both. Also, I generally only receive the 403 Forbidden error when trying to access the wp-admin page - when entering the standard URL (www.bizowl.co.nz or http://www.bogs.co.nz) it often takes me to a CrazyDomains holding page (which might suggest that this is still cached??).

I am sorry for rambling, but I would really appreciate some help with this...I feel I might literally be growing a tumour trying to figure this out.
