Hi guys,
I received an issue from a customer trying to purchase a digital product and they are getting a ‘Forbidden’ message on checkout. They said they tried for over an hour to proceed to paypal on the checkout page but it was faded out. Then, finally, after refreshing over and over again they managed to click the proceed button, but then got the following forbidden error:
They have tried multiple devices, tried refreshing caches, resetting devices. Nothing has worked thus far. I can’t replicate the issue and have had other people ordering, so not a widespread problem.
