The English side of our site works, but when the user clicks the French toggle they see a blank page with “Forbidden. You don’t have permission to access this resource.” We also see this when clicking the “Translate Site” tab of the WP backend. The side panel that is normally there does not show any details, except one menu item.
In this menu item, the “view as” dropdown, I can only see “User” and “Logged Out”. “Admin” and all other viewing styles are greyed out. I am logged in as the admin.
We have been using this plugin for over a year. Nothing has changed on the development side as we have not touched the website in some time. The site is not password protected. I have checked chrome and safari. Currently using iOS Catalina.
