Emails Not Sending, Error Response 423 Forbidden

Hi Support Community,

I am currently experiencing an issue with Fluent SMTP on my WordPress site, when using a Microsoft email account. I’ve been successfully sending emails using Fluent SMTP for some time, but recently I’ve encountered a problem.

Problem Description: After a certain period, the emails stopped getting sent, and upon investigating, I found the following error in the server response:

{ "code": 423, "message": "Forbidden", "errors": [ "Forbidden" ] }

I tried re-authenticating with the ‘from’ email address, the same email address which was previously in use, but unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue. I want to know the possibilities of why am I facing this issue and how to revolve it? Also, does changing the password of the email added result in this type of error?

I would greatly appreciate any guidance or insights the community can provide to help troubleshoot and resolve this issue. If there are specific logs or configurations I should check, please let me know.
